Improving the quality of care for pregnant women, children and young people in Wessex

Wessex LMCs is joined by Dr Sanjay Patel (Consultant in Paediatric Infectious Diseases at University Hospitals Southampton), Dr Olie Morris (GP and Primary Care lead for Healthier Together) and Dr Tim Cooper (GP and Hants IOW ICB Deputy Chief Medical Officer leading on Primary and Local Care) in this podcast about Wessex Healthier Together. 

We discuss how the website and app were used during the outbreak, and also the latest developments, including how the App is used to support ante-natal services now, suggesting new parents/carers/guardians are likely to be far more likely to turn to the App and website in the future. There are opportunities here for GP Practices to embed the normal use of such a service for patients, allowing the service to filter demand in the future.
